LOOKING FOR A DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
There are a few things that are pretty magical about destination weddings and getting married in an unfamiliar environment. Be that in a gorgeous vineyard in Southern France, a villa in the mountains of Italy, or a deserted beach in Mexico, destination weddings bring a real sense of adventure and romance to an incredible experience.
One of the best things about destination wedding photography is that I can spend longer with the bride and groom before or after their big day. This is a great way to get to know each other further and help make your special day even more incredible.
Due to the distances involved and potential flights, I usually try to arrive at the wedding destination at least one day before the wedding itself. This way, I can explore the venue and surrounding areas and have an engagement shoot. It’ll also mean you get more photographs of your special trip! I always include this option for all of my destination weddings.
Since photographing my first destination wedding in Florence, Italy, in 2017, I always get excited when I am contacted to photograph a destination wedding!
I love travelling, and I have visited many different countries, such as Japan and Iceland, and have travelled around America. I also love seeing different cultures. If I can combine the two, then it is a dream come true.

My camera bag is small enough to carry as hand luggage on the plane. I often check luggage to split my kit so that I have backups if one bag goes missing. Thus, there are no concerns about my equipment being damaged, stolen, or lost.

Hiring a photographer for the same amount of coverage as a UK photographer in mainland Europe would be very expensive!
